Description of service

SubBust is a subscription management platform that helps you track, manage, and offset the cost of your digital subscriptions. The platform provides:

• Subscription tracking — centralized dashboard to monitor all your recurring services
• Cost analysis — tools to understand and optimize your subscription spending
• Earnings opportunities — ability to watch ads and earn credits toward subscription costs
• Affiliate program — earn through affiliate partnerships and referrals

Service limitations

SubBust is a management and tracking tool. We have no authority over your third-party subscriptions and are not responsible for charges, renewals, or issues with external providers. You remain solely responsible for managing, canceling, or modifying your subscriptions directly with those providers.

Account creation and security

When you create an account, you must:

• Provide accurate, complete, and current information
• Maintain and promptly update your account information
• Keep your password secure and confidential
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. SubBust will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to protect your account.

Acceptable use

You agree to use SubBust only for lawful purposes. You must not:

• Violate any local, state, national, or international law
• Infringe on intellectual property rights of SubBust or third parties
• Transmit harmful code, viruses, or malicious software
• Harass, abuse, threaten, or harm other users
• Impersonate any person or entity
• Collect or harvest personal information from other users
• Use the platform for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the platform

License to use

Subject to your compliance with these terms, SubBust grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use our platform for your personal, non-commercial use. This license does not include any right to resell the service, collect product data, create derivative works, or use data mining tools.

How earnings work

Important disclaimers

• Non-transferable — credits cannot be transferred to other users or accounts
• Expiration — credits may expire according to current policies, which will be communicated to users
• Rate changes — we reserve the right to modify earning rates at any time with reasonable notice
• Ad availability — the number and type of ads available may vary and is not guaranteed

Legitimate earnings only

All earnings must be generated through legitimate means. Use of bots, scripts, automation tools, virtual machines, emulators, or any other method to artificially inflate earnings is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all credits.

Prohibited activities

• Automated viewing — using bots, scripts, browser extensions, or automation to watch ads or generate clicks
• Multiple accounts — creating multiple accounts to circumvent earning limits or exploit promotions
• VPN/proxy abuse — using VPNs or proxies to mask your location for fraudulent purposes
• Account sharing — sharing account credentials with others
• Click fraud — generating invalid clicks on advertisements or affiliate links
• False information — providing false or misleading data to earn credits or access features
• System manipulation — attempting to exploit or bypass any security or earning mechanism

Detection and monitoring

Our fraud detection systems monitor:

• Viewing patterns and engagement metrics
• Device fingerprints and IP addresses
• Account activity and behavioral patterns
• Affiliate link traffic quality and conversion rates

Consequences of fraud

If we detect fraudulent activity, we may take any of the following actions:

• Immediate suspension or termination of your account
• Forfeiture of all earned credits and pending earnings
• Permanent ban from creating new accounts
• Legal action to recover damages
• Reporting to relevant authorities and advertising partners

Terminating your account

You may close your account at any time by:

• Using the account deletion feature in your Settings
• Contacting our support team at support@subbust.com

Upon termination, you will lose access to your account, all stored data, and any remaining credits. Active paid subscriptions will be cancelled at the end of the current billing period unless otherwise required by law.

Termination by SubBust

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for:

• Violation of these terms
• Fraudulent or abusive behavior
• Non-payment of fees for paid services
• Extended period of inactivity
• Requests from law enforcement or legal obligations
• Discontinuation of the service
• Any other reason at our sole discretion

Effect of termination

Provisions that by their nature should survive — including ownership provisions, warranty disclaimers, indemnity, and limitations of liability — shall survive termination. Termination does not relieve you of obligations incurred beforehand.

Paid services

SubBust offers both free and paid service tiers. For paid subscriptions:

• Billing — subscription fees are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis
• Auto-renewal — subscriptions automatically renew unless cancelled before the renewal date
• Payment methods — you must provide valid payment information and keep it current
• Price changes — we may change subscription prices with 30 days advance notice
• Taxes — prices are exclusive of taxes; you are responsible for all applicable taxes

Refund policy

All subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by applicable law. If you cancel, you retain access to paid features until the end of your current billing period. No refunds or credits are issued for partial months or unused service.

Failed payments

If a payment fails, we will attempt to process it again. If payment continues to fail, your subscription may be downgraded or suspended until payment is received. We are not responsible for fees your bank or payment provider may charge.

Service disclaimer

To the fullest extent permitted by law, SubBust disclaims all warranties, including:

• Implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement
• Warranties that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free
• Warranties regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of content
• Warranties that defects will be corrected or that the service is free of vulnerabilities

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SubBust and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including:

In no event shall SubBust's total liability to you exceed the amount you paid to SubBust in the twelve months preceding the claim, or $100, whichever is greater.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SubBust and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your violation of these terms, your use of the service, or your violation of any rights of another party.

Applicable law

These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

Dispute resolution

If you have a dispute with SubBust, you agree to first contact us at support@subbust.com and attempt to resolve it informally. If we cannot resolve the dispute within 30 days, it will proceed to binding arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

You agree to waive your right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration. All disputes must be brought on an individual basis.

Jurisdiction and venue

Any legal proceeding relating to these terms shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in San Francisco County, California, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of such courts.
